I am currently a final year PhD candidate in Economics at Purdue University. So far, my research includes using experimental methods to study individual pro-environmental behavior, problems of collective action in the context of protests and climate change, and gender discrimination in labor markets. My research motivation is driven by a deep desire to find actionable solutions to the challenges facing our world. I firmly believe that while complete solutions may not be easily attainable, partial remedies often exist—whether through thoughtful policy interventions or shifts in individual and collective behavior. My training as an economist has equipped me with analytical tools and the capacity to approach problems from a rigorous, scientific perspective. This foundation has broadened my thinking, enabling me to dissect complex issues and pursue evidence-based solutions with clarity and purpose.
